I had Kris from My Sparkie attend our house as we were having issues with our power tripping. From the moment I contacted them, the job was scheduled and he attended the same day. We were notified of his approach with an ETA (we could also see him on a map). He solved the problem quickly, impressed with this we had him quote some other work, he was competitive on price, workmanship was second to none. Contacted Kris after my power kept tripping, Kris came within the hour and identified the problem. Not only did he give a quick fix but found a big issue that would have caused me ongoing problems and more blackouts. A few weeks later he had fixed it all and my solar installer even commented on how clean and well done it all was. No question i would reccomend Kris.
